Days Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works in collaboration with a physician utilizing established guidelines as needed within established scoped of practice.
Qualifications:
- Current NYS NP License,
- Masters Degree from an accredited NP Program or certification from an accredited NP program & current BLS certification.
